FINANCIAL ROADSHOW SURVEYS INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR PRESENTATION PREFERENCES
Bethesda, MD, August 24, 2001
-- Financial Roadshow (www.financialroadshow.com), the leader in financial presentation services, announced today that it had completed its first survey of portfolio managers, analysts and brokers to determine their presentation preferences.
The survey gauged interest levels in seven content categories and measured interest in over 50 content metrics.
We asked over 600 professional investors and advisors what they look for in presentations and saw definite differences between the two audience categories," said Robert R. Nagle, Senior Vice President of Financial Roadshow. "For example, there was a high interest level in financial data from portfolio managers, but brokers were more interested in learning about product areas. We plan to conduct these surveys on an ongoing basis to keep our database up to date and will be announcing a new service based on the surveys.
Financial Roadshow messaging specialists will use the results of the study to help our clients fine tune their messages to align them more closely with areas of high investor interest," said Kathy Halverson, President and Founder of Financial Roadshow. "Having a quantitative measure of investor presentation preferences enables us to bring added value to our client consultations."

FINANCIAL ROADSHOW HOSTS DISCUSSION OF HOW TO ENHANCE THE VISIBILITY OF THE NON-US COMPANY FOR HIGHER VALUATOIN
Bethesda, MD, March 21, 2001
-- Financial Roadshow (www.financialroadshow.com) the leading provider of financial presentation services, today announced that it had hosted a discussion moderated by Kathy Halverson, President and Founder of Financial Roadshow, on how the non-US company can raise its visibility for higher valuation.
The discussion which took place in Tel Aviv, Israel, covered recent changes in the US investment climate and how they affect the non-US company, as well as methods US companies employ to gain visibility and establish credibility with investor audiences, reach decision makers, build a following and enhance success in good markets and weather downturns.
"All companies share the common goals of maximizing their access to the capital markets while minimizing their cost of capital," said Kathy Halverson. "Non-US companies face additional hurdles posed by geographic and cultural barriers in their effort to develop strong relationships with US investors, yet the US capital markets are the largest in the world and success in the US can significantly lower a company's cost of capital. At Financial Roadshow, we have developed services to help non-US companies maximize their 'return on time' spent in the US meeting with analyst and investor groups."
